Processing, Shipping and Delivery Times

At Familee Tees, we work hard to deliver your order quickly while maintaining top quality. Please note the following:

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

• Processing Time: 1-5 business days

• Shipping Time: 2-8 business days

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3-13 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors such as unexpected carrier delays or peak holiday seasons. While we work hard to process and ship orders quickly, those factors are outside our control. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Costs

• Enjoy free shipping on orders $75+
• Orders below $75 have a shipping fee of $4.93

Handling Lost or Undelivered Orders

Once your order ships, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If your package hasn’t arrived, please notify us within 15 calendar days from the shipping date so we can assist you. 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
