Returns
All of our products are made to order, which means each item is produced specifically for your purchase. Because of this, we don’t typically accept traditional returns - but we’re always here to make things right. Replacements and Refunds
We offer replacements, and when appropriate, refunds, in the specific cases listed below.
Eligible for Replacement or Refund
We will provide a free replacement or a refund if:

The wrong item, size, or color was delivered

The product arrived damaged

The print or product is defective
To qualify, you must email us a clear photo of the issue within 15 calendar days of delivery. Photo evidence is required to verify the issue and approve a replacement or refund.
Not Eligible for Replacement or Refund
We typically cannot provide replacements or refunds for:

Ordering the wrong item or variant (design, size or color)

Minor color variations in the product fabric or printed design caused by lighting or screen display differences

Change of mind

Delivery failure due to an invalid or incomplete address entered at checkout

Unclaimed or refused orders/packages
Size charts are provided on every product page to help you choose the correct fit. Please review them carefully before placing your order.
Also, we are not responsible for carrier-related issues (e.g. lost packages, damaged items) but we will do our best to assist you where possible.

How to Request a Replacement or Refund
Email us at support@famileetees.com. Please include:

A description of the issue

Required photo(s) showing the problem (submitted within 15 calendar days of delivery)
Requests without photo evidence or outside the 15-calendar-day window will not qualify.
Replacement Process
Once your request and photo evidence for a replacement are reviewed and approved:

A new replacement item will be sent into production

You will receive tracking details once the replacement ships

Replacements follow the same production and shipping timelines as a new order
If only one item in a multi-item order is affected, only that specific item will be replaced.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refund processing typically takes up to 10 business days

Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund
If 15 business days have passed since approval and you still have not received your refund, please email us at support@famileetees.com or send a message via our contact form.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Order changes and cancellations are only possible before the item enters production. Hence, we recommend reviewing your order details carefully before checkout.

Requests made within 12 hours of purchase are usually eligible

Requests made within 12–24 hours will be attempted but are not guaranteed

Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or cancelled
